PAYMENTS
Can I use my credit card for purchases on your website in a secure manner?
1 Yes. Our site practises secure payments within the industry-accepted norms. When you purchase from our website we undertake to keep your details (both personal and credit card) confidential.
2 For your security, House Of Tahiti uses a commercial secure server (SSL) which encrypts your credit card numbers into codes that are impossible to break.
3 The technology employed allows us to encrypt your personal information (including password, address, telephone contacts, and credit card etc.,) so that only the delegated House Of Tahiti agent is able to access the information as required.
4 You can therefore plan, create, reserve and purchase your ideal vacation arrangements with House Of Tahiti in full confidence and privacy.

I have input my correct credit card details but these have been refused by the website. Why?
There are only a few reasons why this can happen :
1 Your credit card type is not accepted by House Of Tahiti (Visa/MC/AMEX accepted)
2 The date of expiration precedes your scheduled date of departure.
3 Your bank has refused to honour the card due to credit availability.
4 There has been a computer error.
We would suggest that it is important that you contact your bank in the first instance, and if they are not able to remedy the problem, we invite you to contact us, either via email: Travel@houseoftahiti.com.au or directly by telephone on (+689) 466 800 (Tahiti Time) 8.00am – 8.00pm 7 days a week.

I do not wish to pass my credit card details via the internet. Is there another option?
Whilst we recommend online payments by credit card, we are happy to assist with other options where possible and invite you to discuss with us, either via email: Travel@houseoftahiti.com.au or directly by telephone on (+689) 466 800 (Tahiti Time) 8.00am – 8.00pm 7 days a week.
